How Payments Work on Sneakers123

Sneakers123 is a marketplace discovery platform that connects shoppers with verified partner retailers worldwide. When you make a purchase through Sneakers123, you have two options for completing your transaction, described below.

Option 1: Checkout via Sneakers123 (Powered by PayPal)

When you choose to complete your purchase through Sneakers123, your payment is processed securely via PayPal.

Accepted payment methods through PayPal:

• PayPal balance
• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Pay Later options (subject to PayPal eligibility)

How it works:

1. You select a product and click "Checkout via Sneakers123."
2. You are directed to a secure PayPal checkout page.
3. Your payment is processed by PayPal on behalf of TRG Sneakers Corp.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your order is routed to the fulfillment partner retailer, who ships the item directly to you.

Merchant of Record: When you pay through Sneakers123, TRG Sneakers Corp is the merchant of record. We are responsible for processing your payment and for coordinating your order with the fulfilling retailer. The fulfilling retailer's name will be clearly displayed on your product page and in your order confirmation.

Currency: All transactions processed through Sneakers123 are charged in USD (United States Dollars).

Payment Security: All payments are processed through PayPal's encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Sneakers123 does not store, handle, or have access to your full card details at any point.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation from Sneakers123 once your payment has been successfully processed. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent by the fulfilling retailer once your item has been dispatched.

Option 2: Purchase Directly from the Retailer

As an alternative, every product listing on Sneakers123 includes a direct link to the fulfilling partner retailer's own website, where you can complete your purchase independently.

When you choose this option:

• You transact directly with the partner retailer (e.g., Farfetch, Flight Club, GOAT, StockX).
• The retailer's own payment methods, pricing, and terms of sale apply.
• Sneakers123 is not involved in or responsible for the transaction.
• Returns, shipping, and customer service are handled entirely by the retailer under their own policies.

This option is always available and clearly marked on every product page as "View at [Retailer Name]."

Pricing & Price Accuracy

Product prices displayed on Sneakers123 are sourced from our partner retailers and are updated regularly. However, due to the dynamic nature of third-party inventory, prices may fluctuate.

We strongly recommend verifying the final price at checkout before completing your purchase. The price displayed at the time you initiate checkout is the price you will be charged. If a price discrepancy is identified before your order is confirmed, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.

Sneakers123 does not charge any additional fees, markups, or service charges beyond the product price shown.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable US state and local tax regulations.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

• Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds or a valid linked card.
• Verify that your billing details are correct.
• Contact your bank or PayPal directly if the issue persists.

For orders placed directly with a retailer (Option 2), please contact the retailer directly and refer to their own refund policy.
