1. Ordering and Fulfillment Process
When you shop with us, you are purchasing products featured from our partnered retailers. When you click “Checkout Now,” your order is processed by Sneakers123.com and then immediately placed with the featured retailer.
The supplying retailer is responsible for:
• processing and accepting the order,
• handling and packaging,
• and delivering the item to you.
You will receive a separate order confirmation email directly from the retailer after your order has been submitted.
2. Order Cut-off Time
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
This cut-off time determines when the handling and shipping timeline begins.
3. Handling Time
Once your order is placed with the retailer, they typically require:
Handling Time: 1–3 business days
This includes order verification, processing, stock confirmation, and packaging before the shipment is dispatched.
4. Shipping Time
After the retailer ships your order, average delivery time is:
Shipping Time: 4–5 business days (depending on the retailer’s location and carrier)
This is separate from handling time and begins only after the package has been shipped.
5. Shipping Fees
• Orders Under $100: A $14 flat shipping fee applies.
• Orders Over $100: Shipping is free.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email from the retailer that includes:
• a direct tracking link, or
• an order number with instructions
Please use the retailer’s website or the carrier’s official tracking portal to monitor the real-time delivery status of your shipment.
7. Issues with Your Shipment
